John was absolutely amazing and so kind and honest with me. He assured me they value safety over all else and that made me feel at ease. He was able to accommodate the pricing of all 4 tires to what I was quoted over the phone. Also helps he is a fellow anime and game nerd. Keep doing great work! I will be definitely coming back! Also I might add Bryce was also very kind and helpful as well.

We were about to buy tires from a major retail store but a little research showed some major brand tires are made for this retail store BUT don't have the same build quality, read cheaper here. You get what you pay for. For us it was really important to have tires which are quiet, we drive a good amount each year, about 25K miles, so road noise is a big factor. So when we did a bit more research we found some Continental Tires which fit the bill. When I called the store here in Huntsville Alabama they were very helpful and ordered the tires, which came in earlierthan expected. When the tires came in they called and let me know and in 90 minutes they completed changing all four tires, no appointment was needed. We just dropped the car off and did some errands and returned to pick it up. All in all very smooth. The cost of the tires were as expected, the service was very friendly and professional. The customer area was exceptionally clean and spacious. Multiple front end people, to include an assistant manager were on hand helping people in the various stages of getting service. In my case since we had handled almost everything over the phone I don't think my total time in the

Had a bad steering wheel vibration. Knew I needed an alignment. During their multi-point inspection it was discovered I had cords showing on the inside of my tires from a bad factory alignment. I needed new tires and they helped me pick out a set within my budget and with the specs I desired. Staff has been helpful and friendly. They were understanding and compassionate when breaking the bad news. Gregor's emotional intelligence is superb and helped me feel at ease with the decision of which tires to get and did not try to pressure me to a tire that was above my budget. I'll definitely be coming back here for all of my tire needs.

Got there early and didn’t get to leave till after 11am almost noon and was told all tires and sensors were good I made one stop before trying to head home and didn’t make it far and it blew and they blamed it just on the valve stem. Didn’t offer to do anything other than replace the tire and valve stem. Be carful and check your stuff before leaving.
